Candidates should be obsessed with food and restaurant culture, watch the Food Network religiously, and know the name and resume of every celebrity chef by heart. We are looking for a strong writer who is as excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced, new media environment as they are by the season premiere of Top Chef. In addition, there are a few qualifications that are preferred but by no means necessary: Knowledge of blogging software/HTML Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop and video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or iMovie. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The MIS Intern will provide second level desktop support for Clemens Food Group team members. Support tasks include but are not limited to the resolution of desktop problems not resolved by first level helpdesk personnel. The performance of scheduled desktop software and hardware upgrades as well as installation of new hardware and software. Serve as a point of contact for problems that requiring further escalation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The resolution of trouble calls logged thru the Liquid Care Response Center.
The installation of new desktop hardware and software.
Upgrade team member desktops and software.
Document problem resolutions thru the Liquid Care Response Center.
Communicate problem solutions to other team members as well as helpdesk personnel.
Troubleshoot, repair and replace other network devices such as printers, projectors, phones, scanners, PDA's, etc.
Serve as a project team member for project level efforts such as Profile migration, Exchange upgrade, etc.

Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
?College degree in progress with major or minor in IT.
?Knowledge and experience loading and maintaining Microsoft operating systems
?Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
?Experience with computer hardware and network components
?Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
