Smartplane Inc. is developing advanced avionics software that goes in small aircraft. It manages and reports on flight control, navigation, communications and vehicle health. This includes interacting with GPS, radios, satellite comms, auto-pilot, etc. We are also developing a web application that pilots can use to plan their flights, much like people use Google Maps. This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that will radically change the state of the art in general aviation. We are looking for interns to work with us on a part-time or full-time basis.
