We currently have college journalists from across the US writing for the website on a daily basis, yet we are looking to further develop the business with the assistance of some interns. This is an incredible opportunity for students that want to get involved in a "hands-on" internship program, as all interns will be actively involved in developing the business, rather than coffee runs or nonsense tasks. ULife is looking for current or recently graduated communications/journalism students for writing for broadcast internships. As assigned by the Senior Editor and assignment desk, interns will take stories off of the ULife website, news wires and other sources and reformat them for our daily news broadcasts. Ideal candidates should be able to quickly and accurately take print stories and turn them into engaging broadcast copy and good news judgement. Actual training in writing for broadcast preferred. There is no fixed pay at this time. ULife will cover any costs associated with the work we ask you to do, if needed. Responsibilities will be on campus (or other locations) news reporting with our camera man, as well as conducting on camera interviews. We need personalities that can handle dramatic/serious events when the time calls for it as well as not so serious events. We are looking for anchors as well as beat reporters. There is no fixed pay at this time. ULife will cover any costs associated with the work we ask you to do, if needed. Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking candidates who are interested in working for a high paced international multi-media corporation. The internship program is designed to provide students with an introduction to standard multi-media practices and provide hands-on experience. Interns will gain diverse experience in activities typical of a multi-media corporation. Interns will receive routine and instructive feedback on their work, and have the opportunity to participate in mission-related activities.

WETA Public Television and Classical 90.9 FM provides internship opportunities designed to help expand students' knowledge and experience in public media and compliment their studies. Working on the weekly national program, "Washington Week with Gwen Ifill", the intern will research national and international news stories, monitor and log live news events, log and archive video clips from past shows for use on the broadcast and on the web. They will also assist in the production of website updates, webchats and guest relations. The intern will also assist producers with script and rundown preparation and other control room duties during live broadcasts. This is an unpaid internship with a small travel stipend available. Niagara Foundations Center for Public and Global Affairs offers platforms for distinguished speakers to spotlight trends, analyze important issues, exchange ideas, and participate in productive interactions that promote innovative global and public policy solutions. Summer interns assigned to the Niagara Forums will assist the Director of the Center for Public and Global Affairs in revamping the 8-year-old program which will be reintroduced in 2014.

KNSJ is looking for interns to assist with the daily preparation, production and execution of the radio show.
