The George Lucas Educational Foundation seeks an intern for an opportunity to participate in the development of Edutopias new strategic plan. The successful candidate will work closely with GLEF leadership to develop and deliver analysis to support key goals. He or she must be able to work independently within a team structure. This position, based in northern San Rafael, CA, will report to the Executive Director and work closely with other areas of the Foundation. The internship is for Summer 2013 (start May/June) for 10-14 weeks.

National Repertory Orchestra Personnel Intern: The Personnel Intern is a member of a two-person personnel team. The personnel staff is responsible for the preparation, distribution, and collection of all information regarding rosters, rotations, housing assignments and administrative information to the orchestra throughout the duration of the festival. Coordinating silent and live auction donations, help develop multi-media presentations for the event and track data related to the event. Los Angeles based, Internet Brands, Inc. is looking for Quality Assurance Interns to be part of its Quality Assurance team. These are positions with potential for learning and advancement. Quality Assurance Interns will be responsible for executing black box testing on a number of web-based projects under the guidance of senior QA team members. They will be trained in the companys Quality Assurance process and be given opportunities to contribute to the creation of test cases and scripts. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A degree in Computer Science or web development experience is strongly encouraged, but is not required. Prior quality assurance experience or software development experience is a plus.
