This exciting opportunity allows for the intern to work directly in many aspects of the fashion world. While working in the studio, the intern will gain hands-on experience with everything that goes into a fashion label from start to finish. This rare opportunity will not only provide an intern with experience in the fashion industry, but with a start-up/entrepreneurial company as well. RESPONSIBILITIES INVENTORY: Accountability for all clothing in the studio. Manage inventory in Excel, Shopify and QuickBooks/ERP. Manage and process Incoming/Outgoing Inventory. (steaming, ironing, labeling, tagging, hanging, shipments) Visual Merchandising (Pop-up Boutique). Keeping things organized by seasons/sales. Keeping samples organized. Answer Phones/Take Messages Office Maintenance/Organization (daily walk-thrus, system innovation and implementation, filing, dishes/trash, recycling runs Engaging with clients in a professional manner during special events and studio appointments Process Customer Orders (including in studio, at events, web, and phone) Conducting various administrative tasks (includes filing, data entry, general upkeep, office organization and supply upkeep, etc.) REQUIREMENTS A candidate should be a self-starter, motivated and responsible individual who is able to conduct themselves in a professional manner. We are looking for an individual who is ready and willing to learn the ins and outs of the fashion industry and entrepreneurship. Experience with Microsoft suite is required. *Canidates with cars will be strongly considered ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Students can choose their availability.
