SEC Rage is an online magazine that caters to the world of football and basketball, specifically of the Southeastern Conference. We provide breaking news, recruiting updates and insider information. SEC Rage also has an online radio show called SEC Rage Radio which airs at 9 PM CST Mondays-Thursdays. On the show, we mainly interview recruits and coaches. Some of our pasts guests include Nolan Richardson and Dale Brown. The Journalism intern will gain experience in sports writing, radio and public relations. He/she will work closely with the Senior Editor and the PR/Media Relations Specialist. The intern will also be given a free membership to the SEC Rage website. This internship is an unpaid opportunity, but can be used for college credit. We review resumes and hire interns on a rolling basis. Our internships typically last about 6 weeks, but it can always be adjusted to fit the interns schedule. If at the end of the internship SEC Rage is impressed with your work, you may be given the opportunity to continue working with SEC Rage.
