As a member of the marketing and sales team, the Quick Left intern will work closely with the leadership team conducting the following: assist in creation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics, internal functions, and internal technology needs; while insuring company goals are achieved through marketing, PR, sales support, and other business operations responsibilities. Research as needed for future creative marketing strategies Perform sponsor recruitment Inbound Marketing Learning Hubspot, Quick Lefts internal inbound marketing software Use Hubspot to improve SEO, compose newsletters, comb prospect lists, and create campaigns for social media posts Learn how to run weekly reports on progress for marketing efforts Reporting to marketing director with monthly KPIs Contributing to the monthly Quick Left newsletter Sales Learn how to use Salesforce and manage prospects, leads and opportunities Learn how to run monthly reports on progress for sales efforts Find new and interesting ways to prospect for new clients who possess a technology, budget, and culture fit Occasionally interact with clients Public Relations Penning the occasional press release or media advisory Following up with media regarding Quick Left PR activities Maintaining media lists Posting to event calendars Salary This is an unpaid, college credit only internship position.
