ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategy, planning, implementation and reporting of social media initiatives within a defined program framework to assure consistent execution while achieving maximum impact.
Compose written/visual content that successfully engages a clients fan base Craft personalized responses to users' positive and negative reviews
*If Necessary* Create robust social media profiles for new clients that reflect a full brand aesthetic, often without the aid of existing brand collateral
Address and resolve clients' questions and concerns quickly and independently via phone/email
Construct detailed processes for organizing and analyzing data A bunch of other stuff that might come up, because after all, we're a startup, and things don't always follow a plan
•Must be able to work part-time(10-15 hours) weekly. You wont be required to come to our office. All work can be done remotely or telecommunication.
•What we're looking for:
Strong familiarity with key social platforms preferably from a business/marketing standpoint (in other words, your personal Facebook ramblings and Instagram what I ate for dinner posts dont count) Highly detail-oriented and rigorous work ethic. Creative thinker and innovator; entrepreneurial spirit. High degree of common sense. Assertive, confident and respectful approach to communicating with clients. Outstanding writing skills, both creatively and persuasively. Developed knowledge of sales communication and psychology Self-motivated, hungry and winning attitude Smart, intuitive, and consultative approach to solving problems Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred. You can also be enrolled in University in pursuit of a degree in one of these fields
