Marquise, LLC is a marketing coaching and consulting firm that works with aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. We offer many different services for our demographic to include online and in person coaching programs, trainings, workshops, and physical products (books, CDs, DVDs, etc) to help business owners have more success with their marketing.

We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media intern who is interested in getting true hands on marketing experience - product launches, Social Media campaigns, Account Management, & Sales. Our goal is to increase our product and program sales, along with customer and client acquisition for 2013. This will require a strong focus on innovative marketing, focused strategy development & implementation, and creating more content for our clients, customers, and prospects.

Responsibilities

Our Marketing & Social Media Intern will:
*Assist with Client & Customer Management -Setting up meetings, follow up from meetings, sending out proposals, etc.
*Assist with the development, promotion and distribution of Marquise, LLC products - webinars, workbooks, and ebooks
*Assist with event planning of live and online Marketing events to include workshops and webinars.
*Maintain all of the Social Media platforms for the Marquise, LLC brand, along with assisting with Social Media management of some of our clients. The focus will be to increase community size and engagement.
*Develop Facebook Ads
*Blog Maintenance & Syndication of Marquise, LLC
*Assist with maintaining the Marquise, LLC website & Blog
* Create presentations for live events and webinars
*Assist and/or create marketing plans for program or product launches to include strategy development and implementation, including our clients
*Customer Support & Maintenance
*Business Development - Commission based opportunity for locating and securing new clients (15%)

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications.
Have strong communication skills - written and oral.
Ability to work remotely
Interested in Social Media, Online Marketing, and Blogging
Graphic/Web Design and/or video editing is a plus
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Keynote (Mac User)
