Play a key role in helping a busy celebrity chef and cookbook author to create and promote original content for a variety of social media platforms and launch new products. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor as we build a national audience and marketplace for our products. Helps if you enjoy Asian food, cooking and eating. There may be opportunities for travel or to assist at high profile events and appearances. Hours are flexible and some work can be done remotely. Could lead to a paid position as the business grows.
Work with team to curate and manage a social media calender. Keep all social media channels updated with the latest content and engage audience members. Work with the team to grow the overall audience through the creation of original content and promotions and networking. Create reports on social media reach levels and analyze data to determine best practices. Provide research support as required for future creative projects. Work with brand and media partners to coordinate special events and social media promotions.
We are seeking someone with in-depth knowledge and experience with social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Wordpress and Youtube including the design and promotion of content, creating audience engagement, SEO/SEM, analysis and tracking of results. Knowledge of photoshop and design skills are a plus. Must be highly organized, have an outgoing personality and be comfortable working across a range of projects.
