DescriptionCollegeRecipes.com is an emerging website that aims to bring simple, delicious and fun recipes, as well as various other entertaining content to college students. This internship will aim at developing students creative, marketing, advertising and social media abilities while providing hands-on experience.
The site's editorial team will be constructing and executing a busy editorial calendar during the summer months. To do this best, a major part of our goal is to promote all of this content as it being it is produced across a number of Social Media platforms and online communities.
The internship is virtual, and interns will be communicated via email, phone and Skype on a day-to-day basis as needed to be given information on the site and upcoming projects, suggested readings, assignments and constructive feedback.
The assignments will focus on the promotion of freshly produced content across the students' social media platforms and various online communities. Upon completion of the internship, students will have achieved vital experience and will have learned online and offline marketing and advertising techniques.

The vision for the end of the summer is to have the site be a much higher trafficked, more active, content-filled and educational resource for college students!
Unfortunately due to our lack of a budget, we are unable to offer compensation for this position. This is an unpaid internship.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute online marketing and social media campaigns
- Attract new users to the site
- Have active accounts on various social media and online communities, with the objective of promoting the site
Requirements* Must be enrolled in an accredited university within the United States
* Must have experience on, and provide links to 1-3 social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Reddit, etc.)
* Must possess skills in research, online marketing & social media
