DescriptionWe are a start-up online wedding portal providing endless inspiration for brides-to-be. We provide a platform for vendors to showcase their products & services, and for users to get in touch with their preferred vendors instantly.
This position would be responsible to create, develop and implement the brand's digital marketing strategy to achieve company’s business objectives as well as the growth of our social media presence in alignment with business strategies.
Responsibilities-Develop, innovate, maintain and grow online marketing channels across social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Blogs.
-To seek new fanbase and maintain existing fanbase.
-Creation of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, posts etc).
-Creative copy writing.
-Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing.
-Social Media Marketing including, but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram.
-Creation and maintenance of content (Facebook posts, videos, images, write-ups, etc).
-Development, creation and execution of email marketing campaigns tailored to meet different customer behaviors.
-Coordination with external partners to complete various marketing campaigns.
-Develop marketing & advertising plans for various companies participating through us.
-Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
Requirements-1-2 years experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience in the wedding or fashion industry will be an added advantage.
-Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes
-Knowledge of social media legal guidelines, including, but not limited to “pay-per-post” on Facebook
-Experience with leveraging social media management and analytic tools, including, but not limited to HootSuite, Visible Technologies, Radian 6 and Crimson Hexagon
-Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space.
-Highly creative and innovative
-Able to plan and work independently without close supervision.
-Motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic.
-Disciplined and conscientious with a strong work ethic.
-Intelligent, persuasive and resourceful.
-Positive, outgoing, confident, well-presented with a good sense of humor
-Excellent communicator who enjoys contributing to the success of the team.
-Strong interest in the digital advertising industry.
-Display the ability to work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
-Proficiency in MS Office applications
-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for designing purposes.
-Demonstrates adaptability to a fast-paced start-up environment & team-oriented
