DescriptionThe main focus of this part-time internship is to support the Inbound and Outbound Sales Representatives, by providing research on industries and businesses, via on-line search and social media. The position will also coordinate calendars and set appointments, in support of the FVO Solutions, Inc. sales team. This position will strategically map out target regions and key sales channels. This position will focus, primarily, on compiling key contact data, downloading information into spreadsheets and following up on potential leads, via social media outlets. Some phone activity may be required, in support of the sales efforts.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and update Web sites
Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and opportunities
Coordinate FVO Solutions, Inc. value proposition via the internet, telephone and email
Maintain and expand the database of prospects for FVO Solutions, Inc.
Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process
Superior knowledge of the internet and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Capture accurate and complete customer information for the company's customer database
Work collaboratively and independently with marketing/sales departments to execute sales strategy
RequirementsProvide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
Possess skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
Ability to function effectively in a high performance team (multi-tasking required)
Strong computer skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed in a team environment
