We are a new business and have a lot of work to do. First, we would like someone to update and manage our website: www.snowbirdinvestments.net Take a look, and let me know your ideas to improve it (it needs a lot of work), and we can set up a password for you to change it. When this is up and ready to spread, we can use you to help with this. Maybe post it on related blogs. Also, we will need someone to design, order, and send out postcards to our list of potential clients. If and when we develop a client base YOU may be asked to attend a trip to the listed vacation area, all-expeses paid by the company. Eventually, we will need paid tour guides to travel with our clients to introduce them to our partner contacts in these vacation areas (Realtors, CPAs, Property Managers, Investors, etc). This could be a DREAM JOB for the qualified intern.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and update Web sites
- Spread Website to related sites
- Add related links to our website
- Other marketing as needed

Requirements

- Possess skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
