Since 1995 we have been servicing and educating our customers in the proper methods of cleaning and maintaining their carpet and delicate upholstery fabrics.

Responsibilities

You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for day-to-day social media activity and social media communication. This is a virtual position and the time commitment is based on your schedule. This is a NON-PAID Internship. You will need to always have access to a computer, internet, email, and telephone.

Monitor, manage and moderate the social content and experience on all SuperClean HS, Inc. media properties (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, Wordpress, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google Networks) Writing an occasional press release. Proficient in Mobile and Smartphone applications.
Integrate social media content and strategies with overall SuperClean HS, Inc. online content and strategies.
Obtain and post interactive content that encourages participation and the development of member-generated content to ensure that the company is achieving its objectives.
Actively monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules of engagement are adhered to; communicate, monitor and enforce Terms of Use, Policies and Procedures.
Based on established goals, procedures and policies create tracking and metric reports to validate Community interaction.
Reputation management. Readily respond to reports of abuse, remove objectionable content which violates Terms of Use guidelines and address escalations.

Requirements

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess an overwhelming passion for today’s social networking and collaboration technologies and possess strong experience in building online interaction among members of a large-scale community. Excellent writing and editing skills are essential, as is the ability to provide strong attention to detail.
