Academic Room is a social platform that is based in the Harvard Innovation Lab.

This unique internship opportunity will allow a hard-working, self-motivated, creative, resourceful and social media savvy individual to work closely with Academic Room (http://www.academicroom.com) founders to drive traffic to the site. The internship will focus on executing a social media strategy that will build on the success Academic Room has attained in setting the Guinness World Record to create the most successful Twitter and Facebook campaigns. The #TigerBloodIntern is expected to be proactive, monitor the day-to-day activities on the major social media platforms, prepare for exciting online projects and increase Academic Room's base of followers and site visitors. Responsibilities

- Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and participate in content development
- Find out creative ways to reach student audiences at universities in the United States

Requirements

- Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
- Possess skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
