The Social Media Intern will potentially work on these projects, either a few or many: manage social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.; write and post frequently on blogs, forums, and social networks; online reaching out, attention grabbing and increase community.
Ideal Candidate: Excellent verbal, written communication skills, well organized, and understand with knowledge of social media principles. Please be proficient with technology – email, internet, MS Office, and willing to learn user-friendly software (previous work experience with Web is a bonus). Please be organized, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently from home with phone and email support. We require you to attend phone meetings a few times a week (we will work with your schedule). Multi-tasking and being adaptable to changes in projects and priorities are typical of a Social Media Intern.
