Young, grassroots Los Angeles based non-profit organization (IBG Inc: is looking to bring in a charismatic, forward-thinking Intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape to help grow the company’s social media standing.

Company is primarily looking for someone to create and write dynamic blog content consistent with overall brand and mission statement, as well as to redesign Company Social Media platforms and update them daily.

We are five women who work in the entertainment industry in our day jobs and have founded IBG Inc in order to give back and spread awareness of (and raise money for) causes we feel don’t get enough attention.

You should be equally enthusiastic about charity and a team player (while still being able to work proactively and independently). Don’t be afraid to ask questions or take initiative! Communication is key, as is possessing critical and creative thinking skills, and being excited to pitch new ideas.

• Write original blog entries for the Company on a weekly basis, including already-existing topics, as well as pitching new and thought-provoking ideas as time goes on.
• Contribute to the redesign of Company’s Social Media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tumblr.
• Online outreach and promotion using a variety of Social Media sites, creating a back-and-forth with Company’s audience and followers and expanding Company’s presence in both the non-profit and entertainment sides of the online community.
• Daily updating of Social Media sites like Tumblr, Facebook, and Twitter, especially during event times.
• Maintaining the Blog and Social Media Calendar for upcoming projects and deadlines.
• Keyword analysis.


All Intern applicants must be over the age of 18 years old and available to work in the United States. All Intern applicants must have a valid driver’s license and/or the ability to get his or herself to and from the occasional Company meeting.
