Whether an intimate VIP event or a monolithic festival with guests in the tens of thousands, the Second Bolt team is frequently called upon to manage new initiatives, promotions, special events . . . or whenever lightning needs to strike twice.
ResponsibilitiesInterns will work closely with senior staff and each other in all areas of marketing, production, event planning, social media and business development. Second Bolt Interns are valued + trusted team members who are expected to think strategically as well as on their feet (while keep a sense of humor). Often interns will work directly with clients; from on-site activation to social media campaign creation and implementation.
Interns are assigned long-term projects as well as specific special events and daily administrative tasks. Interns need to have the ability to pick up the phone or send an email to just about anyone while remaining extremely organized, professional and resourceful. A bit of fearlessness is required. Interns will learn how to build events + sponsorship and marketing partnerships under senior supervision. Some nights and weekends are required for on-the-ground event production.
