DescriptionSummary of Position: The Social Media Manager serves to assist with implementation of Pt's Mens Club's social media strategy, develop brand awareness, and generate increased interest in Pt's through social and digital mechanisms. The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for content strategy, blogging, community participation, social media trends with an emphasis on continuous learning.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Create a SEO/SMO plan and implementation for PT's owned sites.
Brainstorm and collaborates with marketing department in ideation, organization & creation of content that includes, but is not limited to: social media content, promotions.
Respond to negative customer experiences that are communicated via social media.
May require additional collaboration with customer relations department.
Monitor competitors and create competitive reports that provide rankings and any key learning.
Stay apprised of emerging social media technologies, trends and industry news that align with the brands' marketing and business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day social media initiatives; including posting diverse content and developing strategies to improve user engagement and drive action across all major channels — Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, lnstagram, YouTube, Yelp, User Review sites etc.
Create and maintain a social media calendar for short-term viral initiatives and long-term brand campaigns.
Manage and maintain the analytics systems to track social media engagement and results, and create monthly social media reports.
