Internship Overview:

NCLUSIVE's looking for Social Media Interns for the Fall of 2013 & Spring 2014.

We want someone who’s not looking for busy work. We need someone willing to tackle marketing goals for our clients, right alongside our team of digital strategists. We want the forward-thinker in the room, the person whose clients keep coming back for more brand marketing solutions. Ideally you have a side talent, whether it's photo, video, journalism, that you want to apply towards creating compelling content for a celeb or brand.

*There will be 2 open positions for each semester.

Develop social media strategy for clients and new business. Includes helping determine project goals, research, measurement metrics, conceptualizing, planning/brainstorming, and reporting.

Consult with marketing & PR groups to determine social media opportunities.

Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices.

Provide day-to-day project management on social media programs including weekly reporting.

Manage and respond to community managers in the social media department.

Manage productive working relationships with internal departments, clients, bloggers, vendors, partners, etc.

Author, constructively edit, review and maintain overall client documentation such as status reports, timelines, strategic plans/presentations, client estimates, etc.

Provide leadership in identifying new, innovative opportunities to grow existing channels and expand into new channels to drive growth.

Assisting with email and web performance reports may be required.



Experience working on social media projects for brand initiatives

Personally and/or professionally active on major platforms in the social media space

Exceptional writing skills

You are highly organized and have a system for keeping a multitude of things in order

You love to lead and have an infectious personality

You’re trendy and have great networking skills
