Description

Purpose of Job
This role will support the marketing efforts by (FICA)in the growth and maintenance of all social media platforms, creating and managing social media campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand advocacy across multiple social media platforms. Reporting and working with the Association's founder – Programs and Content, the ideal candidate must have experience with social media, preferably in a business context and be able to think about social media strategically. They will be looked upon to collaborate on our social media plan and facilitate its execution.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media:
Updating and creating new profiles, pages and content on various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Corporate Website etc.)
Finding users to follow/friend/like our business
Writing and posting blog posts/updates, etc.
Integrating vendor commitments in social media postings
Liaising with other Marketing team members on cross-functional programs to ensure there is a social media component
Tracking the growth and the impact of social media on our business
Replying to comments, messages, etc.
Monitoring competitors and reporting findings to the team
Other marketing related duties as required

Requirements

This is a virtual position. Candidates do not have to live in L.A. to be considered. Please be sure to include any portfolio work for campaigns that you have successfully done online if you have.
