Josephine Cosmetics is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Marketing and Social Media Intern, who is motivated to obtain real world experience and exposure within a luxury beauty brand.


As a general overview, the Marketing intern communicates the brand experience through campaign activations, social media, strategic partnerships and promotions, and facilitates brand exposure to the customer. He/She will be introduced to the inner-workings of the beauty industry, working very closely with the Chief Glam Officer/Owner and must be prepared to work responsibly in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand campaign support
Create messaging for email, onsite, blog and mobile/app communications
Experience writing and editing copy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably with a marketing bent
Social media and digital campaign support
Event support
Competitive analysis
Product testing & maintenance
Administrative duties

Requirements

Qualifications:
Trendsetter - keeps up with beauty/fashion trends
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Sees projects to their completion & meets deadlines
Strong writing skills.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Should be a self-starter that knows how to prioritize and doesn’t require a lot of structure or guidance.
Must be enthusiastic! We are a small team and need someone with a positive attitude that loves to juggle multiple projects at once.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Photoshop a plus!
Must be a self-starter, motivated, responsible & have a sense of humor
