About Santa Monica Soul:
The Santa Monica Soul (def.): Where Heart meets Health, Self-realization, and Happiness.
Each one of us is very special.
Santa Monica Soul is a community of women, mothers and daughters empowering each other in our quest for peace, freedom, and empowerment. Women give up a lot of themselves to take care of others and many times forget about our self-care.
Many women feel alone so this is a supportive community started to empower each other and our families - to feel better, get stronger, eat for health and move for joy.
Our health and wellness journey is more than just exercising or drinking green smoothies.
Getting stronger physically is also about getting stronger mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Without the right state of mind to believe and have faith to know that we can feel better, the less impact we can have on our overall well-being.
We take a stance against bullying and body shamming.
We take a stance against our diabetes epidemic and chronic illness that are depleting our health care system and we support one another.
