Who are we?

InnovatorsBox is a space and a community for everyday professionals to tap into their creativity. We offer various educational services such as Mindful Mondays, Immersive Experience, and coaching programs to help professionals working in traditionally non-creative industries to build creative confidence and hone their creative skills.

We are looking for a Creative Communication Intern who can help build our vision. This will be an unpaid 3-4 month internship in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

During the internship he/she will have the opportunity to:

Support company’s online and offline marketing and communication
Support designing, making, and printing company’s marketing and PR materials
Provide logistical and operational support for company’s event
Edit, write, and blog
Have fun building and making a positive difference!

Requirements

The Creative Communicator Intern will be someone with:

Excellent writing, multitasking, and organizing skills
Strong skills in social media, digital marketing, and communication
Experience with event and project planning
Experience with collaborating with different people in different sector, groups and perspectives
Strong interest in storytelling, design thinking, creativity, innovation, and education
Minimum 1-2+ year of work experience
Can work most of their time in Washington, D.C.
Can commit to at least 10+ hours a week
