Description

FilmKaravan develops, produces, promotes and distributes South Asian films for a global audience. We foster and showcase ground-breaking cinema of the subcontinent through unique platforms and events.

Work with an award-winning film director & writer to handle social media marketing for an upcoming feature film. The film is intended for the international film festival circuit & will be distributed online & on TV worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Maintain Facebook page
- Maintain Twitter Account
- Create weekly newsletters
- Promote film strategically across social media platforms
- Contact Bloggers to feature posts about film awards and festival screenings
- Contact relevant websites to feature the same
- Promote film to own networks on all social media platforms

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Extremely web-savvy
- Active contributors on Facebook & Twitter (must)
- Bloggers
- Experienced with creating landing pages and social media pages
- Experienced in internet research
- Familiar with crowd funding & social-media marketing
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, OneNote
