The world’s Education system is plagued by a persistent achievement gap among students from different economic circumstances, and racial and ethnic backgrounds. We are committed to changing that. What we are looking for:
We are seeking a few social media campaign rockstars who are passionate about social change. Someone who is creative, good at coming up with ideas — willing to take an idea and run with it without a lot of micro-managing, has tons of enthusiasm for what they are doing and is always looking for what we can do next.

Assisting with building social strategy and then help execute.
The most important out of everything is that I need sincerely passionate young people who are interested in getting involved in philanthropic works and want to be a part of change.
Responsibilities*Assist with developing comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase fundraising efforts, brand engagement, brand voice, and traffic across all Removing Borders social media handles.
*You are the voice and creator of information dispersed on all social networks for all of our non-profit, delivering fresh, unique and creative social media content for all platforms.
*You will be in charge of growing and engaging audiences across all social media platforms, always on the lookout for new and creative ways to build a closer connection with our fans and new ones, and strengthen our brands.
*You will share insights about trends, feedback, and engagement around our brands through daily updates, and more detailed weekly reports.
*You will work cross-functionally with the Board of Directors, Marketing Specialist, and the internal Creative team to establish and build a content calendar that excites our existing community members while grabbing the attention of others.
*You will brainstorm innovative social promotions and contests as you constantly engage and learn from the communities.
Requirements*Seeking a degree in Marketing or Communications, or related field.
*Experiences with using social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, IG, Pinterest, and Periscope.
*Is active on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with an understanding of how charities use social media to engage with their donors
*Understands how to create content that want to share, discuss and contribute to.
*Someone who never wanted a 9-5 job, and instead wants a position that provides unlimited potential and opportunities to grow and excel through hard work.
*Is a passionate, empathetic and personable leader with strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Has a love for analytics and an ability to call out key metrics through thorough, yet concise, reports.
*Is a creative, out of the box thinker, with a sense of humor and ability to think and react quickly.
*Has experience spending time with social change
*Has a understanding of the ability to create and communicate in ways that align with each brand’s unique vision to drive engagement, and inspire passion and dialogue throughout a community.
*Nice, you must be nice. You will be working with people constantly.
*Works extremely well with others and is the best at developing strong relationships with our internal and external donors.
