Description

Just In Time Technology Solutions is a minority, woman owned startup boutique consulting firm focused on information technology strategic planning for small business and non-profits. Our focus is helping businesses find the right technology to propel them to the next level of achievement.

Our Social Media Analysts will be the leaders to jump start our social media strategy and campaigns. You will have lead responsibility for developing our strategy, producing content, and advising the managing director on next steps for continued development. You must have a passion for social media and getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with sales professionals and the managing director to improve brand awareness and build a client community
• Create and organize content for the Just In Time media sites (WordPress, Facebook, Twitter)
• Identify potential new avenues for online marketing
• Research potential/need for creation of community groups (i.e. Facebook group, etc)
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed 
• Provide experienced advocacy for social media spaces, answering questions and engaging in strategic discussions of media needs/requirements 
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results 
• Provide feedback on social media engagement to help drive sales strategies 
• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications

Requirements

• Strong project management or organizational skills 
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms how they can be deployed to improve sales
• Basic knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of the technology field (hardware, software, project management, etc.) to help with content creation
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships 
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly 
• Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
