Description

ELAH Productions is an Atlanta based entertainment and performance arts focused company created to recognize local artists, help bring jobs to the dance community, and encourage collaboration. Our mission is to motivate, create, educate, and empower established and aspiring artists by creating avenues for them to showcase their talents while providing arts education to assist them in continuing to achieve greatness.

ELAH Productions is kicking off its first event and we are looking for dedicated, creative interns to join our team. This internship is a great fit for a student with an Interest in pursuing a career in marketing or talent branding.
As an intern you will work as part of a team and perform individual tasks to lead or support digital and social media campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. This position will work closely with the team to ideate and execute sponsored initiatives across the company's digital platforms.
Selected interns must be tuned in to what's going on in the dance industry; who's who and what's coming next. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing and is available to work in Atlanta and it's surrounding areas. Responsibilities

Create social media strategies to support sponsored initiatives, including drafting impactful, timely, engaging and consumer-facing copy and messages, developing a strategic distribution/deployment strategy and ensuring that all social elements are executed flawlessly.

Monitor, analyze and optimize all Social Media campaigns, keeping a holistic view on ROI and a customer based approach

Social media program management including demonstrated experience managing owned, paid and earned social media tactics.

Manage social media/content calendar

Review and analyze site analytics reports to ensure that content is being distributed in the most effective matter to reach target demographics

Regularly monitor and analyze metrics for all campaigns to ensure success

Develop detailed and insightful recap decks upon completion of each campaign

A main project for the intern will be to expand the company's online presence on different sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective consumers and dance enthusiasts to the company's social media outlets and website.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as be a team player
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, Google+Local, Periscope, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
