DescriptionSocial Media Intern for Startup Business (Vesta: ReDefine and ReBoot)
Vesta: ReDefine and ReBoot provides resources/seminars/events to help people through challenging life transitions, such as divorce/separation, elder care, job loss/career change, retirement planning and more. Vesta's mission is to educate and empower people through these transitions, such that they are able to turn challenges into opportunities. Vesta collaborates with caring and experienced professionals from many different fields (including legal, financial, nutrition, parenting, career, relationships/dating, real estate, therapy, accounting, and more) who help people move through these life transitions more smoothly, with greater knowledge, confidence and peace of mind. Vesta's goal is to empower, educate and support people going through these transitions, with a focus on the overall emotional, financial, and physical health and well-being of parents and children.
In this position, you will work directly with the owner of Vesta in developing and implementing a social media marketing plan. Work can be done remotely but will require regular meetings in person in the Boston area (Natick/Needham).
Hours: 15-40 hours a week
Pay: $14-20/hour depending on experience and fit. Job has potential for full time offer after graduation. Because this is a startup there is the potential for bonuses based on growth and/or equity ownership in the business if it is a good fit.
