They consult with families regarding their childcare needs and help them at any—or all—stages of their nanny/governess in-home hiring and household employment process. MG understands that early educational and developmental experiences are paramount to children's future academic, social and emotional success. Your child deserves more than a babysitter to succeed in our 21st-century world. MG educates families and childcare specialists about the industry norm and best practices.
