Brides Across America is a nationwide, 501c3, that helps military brides receive free wedding gowns. Looking for a dynamic, creative person that will manage our social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook and assist in event promotion. Drafting and delivering press releases to major media outlets, creating press kits, and maintaining media relations. Researching sponsorships as well as other event opportunities. This is an unpaid internship in exchange for college credit. If you don’t need college credit negotiable terms on compensation. Intern has flexibility to complete some tasks remotely.


Internship is a great opportunity to develop hands on experience using social media networks as marketing tools. You will be the driving force of all areas of marketing. Interns will be working in our offices located at 362 North Main Street, Andover, MA.


Must be interested in social media and familiar with all platforms including Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Houte Suite, Instagram and Wordpress. Excellent attention to detail and communications skills. Creative, organized and resourceful. Personable and energetic is meeting new people and building solid business relationships. Must be detail oriented team player and technologically savvy. Must be self-disciplined and comfortable working independently if necessary.
