The Bates Agency ATL develops, promotes, and coordinates events for Hip Hop Gospel and Neo Soul artists. ​

Artists can expect a positive attitude at all of The Bates Agency ATL’s events. All events given by the agency are free of vulgar language and always offer a family friendly environment.

Responsibilities

-Assist in researching events for networking opportunities in Atlanta, GA
-Manage social media platforms
-Track social media followers
-Create content for social media platforms
-Assist in marketing and branding
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management processes and procedures
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and research skills
- Advanced organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
