DescriptionKCSA Strategic communications is looking for an enthusiastic community manager intern to support both B2B and B2C clients that retain us to utilize social media to engage with current and potential clients, industry influencers, the media, etc. to achieve defined business objectives.
KCSA is a team-focused organization where we encourage active learning, creative thinking and risk taking. Each member is encouraged to be entrepreneurial in their work, building their networks with media and others in our industry. All members of the KCSA account team play a critical role in servicing client accounts. KCSA a business consulting firm that uses communications as the primary tool for assisting our clients to achieve a specific business objective. Depending on the client need, we may execute a range of tactics including: message development, speaking opportunity research and submissions, event execution, content marketing, social media, etc.
As an intern you will be reporting to the director of social media / digital and assisting with the day to day tasks of community management from posting to social channels, tracking analytics and assisting the digital director in day to day and more. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the core principles of social media marketing at a fast moving PR agency.
Also this is a show and prove environment, we have hired a few interns to the team in the past.
