Description

FitMiss Tea is a loose leaf all natural tea company. We have 2 different blends called beau-tea and tea-stress. We’re a new cleansing tea designed to make women feel light and reenergized. It will NATURALLY aid your body in the detoxification process your kidneys are already doing. You will soon have natural energy after drinking the cleanse.

Responsibilities


Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and digital communication skills; adept at audience engagement and tone setting Knowledge of online marketing strategies


•Knowledge of basic design principals and copyright laws


•Strong organizational and research skills.


•Strong analytical skills – ability to use data to understand customer behavior


•Ability to multi-task, and work independently, and under minimal supervision


•Demonstrated Project Management Skills


•Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment


•Ability to interact in a professional manner


•Demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and strong attention to detail


•Ability to work with external vendor/partner relationships


•Proficient in superior SEO, Adobe Spark Post, Adobe Photo shop fit, and various Social Media Ads


•Proficient in working with key social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat


• Digital and social media marketing


•Knowledge of basic graphic design



* PREFERRED: Health and fitness knowledge

* NICE TO HAVE: Basic photography skills

Requirements


Find/Create engaging content


•Create and manage the social media sites and social media campaigns, including calls-to-action that drive target customers to our site and influence the volume of traffic, sales, visibility, and reach


•Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action


• Refine SEO descriptions to increase search engine rank


• Post current videos and photos


• Promote companies other social media accounts and website for optimal user experience


• Online Networking


•Work with Lines of Business to develop relevant digital/social media content including editorial content calendar, posting schedule, and published content (images, video and written). Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while generating interest and leads. Help the improve social engagement, brand awareness, and growth.


•Maintain an active social media presence, and be an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate


•Compile, analyze and report key performance metrics. Translate analytics into action based insight and reporting


•Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy


•Stay ahead of the curve. Understand trends in social media and the Banking industry in order to appropriately create the right unique voice and campaign


•Perform other duties as assigned




** This position is unpaid, but we will work with you to earn college credit if needed. Also, you will gain a great deal of experience and a reference/recommendation upon successful completion.

You have the opportunity to make commission! We are assigning one social media manger per platform. For example: One person will be running Facebook, a special company code will be assigned just for Facebook and you will get commission on any sales that come from your code.
