Do you tweet, share, and post on social media in your sleep? We are seeking individuals who will work for us doing just that. We are looking for interns who are highly comfortable and adept to managing social media networks and able to grow an online community. An ideal Social Media Marketing Intern will be able to manage and grow our social media networks by implementing strategies to attract attention to us and improve our social media presence.
Upon successful completion of your internship, we will provide a job recommendation letter directly from our CEO and a recommendation letter from your immediate supervisor. We will serve as a reference for future opportunities. Interns will also be given special consideration when applying for open positions in the company that they qualify for.
Upkeeping all social media platforms for the business.
Implementing and evaluating efficiency of social media strategies and tactics to attract attention to business.
Monitoring, responding to, and communicating with the online community.
Developing new methods to engage opportunities and clients virtually.
Growing the company's social media reach.
Managing our team of social media marketing associates to help execute our plans and strategies.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
Comfortable with managing social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.)
The ability to communicate on social platforms on behalf of the business
Prefer some experience using social media analytics tools (or strong desire to learn and use them) and the ability to adapt strategies based on findings.
Willingness to learn and use Hootsuite or other comparable social media marketing management tool.
Willingness to learn and use Mavenlink or comparable project management tool to plan and keep track of projects and update supervisors and CEO.
