Description

Viral Launch is tech startup with an online Saas platform that launches retail products to our over 30,000 (and growing!) list of subscribers. We service a growing list of retailers by launching their products, driving exposure, and generating product reviews. Viral Launch is a fun and exciting company to be a part of, led by young founders and executives. We move quickly, we’re growing rapidly, and looking to add to our team!

Responsibilities

The Social Media Marketing position is new position for the Viral Launch team. You will be responsible for jumpstarting our social media efforts on all of the major outlets. You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing strategies based on the overall goals and efforts of the Viral Launch team. You will handle media posts and engagement from users. You will be able to advise on strategies and technologies we utilize and could have a major impact on the business. Most work will be done online and we are able to accommodate your class schedule.

Requirements

• Education: Majoring in any Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Relations
• Strong and proven experience with the major social media outlets
• A self-starter. Able to execute without constant direction
• Strong organizational skills
• Prior experience doing social media for an organization is a plus
• Design, technical, or other exhibited skills preferred (but not required
