DescriptionAxle Capital Group an energetic entrepreneurial hospitality firm with a design discipline is looking for a passionate, creative and savvy Social Media & Public Relations intern. The intern will work 10-20 hours per week and will receive college credit. The intern will help with research, copywriting, and posting on social media for the firm hotels (Starwood and Hilton) and restaurants. The intern will also help with influencer outreach and managing online reputation. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience, training and the ability to work with a small team where your input will be valuable. This internship will allow you to see the inner workings of a young hospitality firm from design to production to marketing and more.
Responsibilities• Drafting social media posting for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Help with designing flyers or informational PR pieces as needed.
• Monitoring and analytics for social media channels
• Replying to comments, messages, etc.
• Reaching out to online influencers
Requirements• College Student
• Well organized
• Commitment to work 10-20 hours per week
• Previous internship experience
• Creative with good writing skills
• Works well with others
• Ability to receive school credit
SEO experience / working knowledge
Design abilities (photoshop, indesign, illustrator)
