DescriptionForward-thinking, fast paced company looking to hire an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites. We are currently redesigning our website, and will soon launch a social media campaign.
The intern hired for this position will learn the intricacies of online marketing, specifically the social media/blog aspects, as well as various other behind the scenes tasks that it requires to launch a successful e-commerce website, and marketing campaign. The selected intern(s) will work directly with the CEO, and marketing team, to properly convey the Meadows brand to its customer base through various methods within the marketing mix. Weekly developmental meetings will be held with the CEO to assess progress, and identify any drawbacks.
ResponsibilitiesContribute to website redesign project in various ways
Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
Website and social media optimization
RequirementsStudents applying for this internship should be Marketing/Business, Communications, or Language majors, with experience on the popular social media platforms. However, we are open to all applicable majors.
