Web and Social Media Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing, developing and updating web pages and social media channels. Assist with the implementation of the online portion of the CPR and First Aid marketing and communications plans and campaigns. Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Duties:
Website - Manage web pages( www.usahavoyoco.org and www.cpr.usahavoyoco.org ) using a content management system, perform daily maintenance and updates, content development, and site and page creation. Optimize graphics and content for web use. E/50%

Social media - Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, twitter and YouTube). Craft posts in line with the organization's strategic plan, goals and overall brand, and ensure outreach is timely and relevant. Interact with users following the organizations social media policy and best practices. Monitor and respond to evolving web and social media channels, best practices and trends to elevate online presence. E/30%

Analytics and Google ad words - Monitor website and social media traffic. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor success of social media traffic using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, twitter and Google Analytics. Explore ways to increase meaningful interactions. E/20%


Previous experience in hands-on website and social media management and measurement. Experience working with CMS templates.
