Do you have your finger squarely on the pulse of your city? Are you the glue that holds the social calendar together for your squad? Like getting out in your city and exploring all it has to offer by way of restaurants, night life hot spots, events and other attractions?
If so, the Snappening Brand Ambassador (BA) program may be the perfect fit for your busy college life! A BA is a college student who works directly in their own community to increase brand awareness for Snappening. By utilizing a number of social media channels and promotional tactics, BA’s grow to understand the importance of local grassroots engagement, public relations and digital marketing through real-world hands-on experiences, and by applying their own creativity to the program.
This position allows BA’s to vastly expand their social media skills by creating and managing a basic set of social media tactics, tracking various local metrics and developing a weekly summary of their progress. BA’s will be responsible for creating and managing social media content at the local level for sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They may also perform other similar learning-related activities and will work directly with our team at our national office.
The BA program is most ideal for students with 5-10 hours a week of availability. Candidates with a strong background in marketing, public relations, entrepreneurship, social media, communications or journalism are encouraged to apply, and should indicate their university city and location.
