Responsibilities

Here's an opportunity to be involved in a hands-on environment with high level technology in the electronics industry.
• Creating, maintaining, test plans, test cases, and automation test scripts
• Develop automation test scripts to test front and back end components
• Systematically and rigorously test HPro’s System Architect software application in the areas of functionality, end-to-end System Testing, load and performance testing using simulators and live devices
• Regression and integration testing on test build, delivered by development, when software is under test
• Participate with QA Team members in defining and managing quality assurance processes
• Report, track, maintain, and re-test defects associated with build/release using bug tracking software (bugzilla)
• Work with developers to resolve defects identified
• Contributes and adheres to the requirement traceability matrix to ensure a quality product to our end users
• Communicate and isolate complex problems quickly and efficiently
• Learn new technology, third party software, product, tools etc to support testing activities

Requirements

* Must be able to work 20 hours per week year round
* Student must reside in Utah
* Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
* Demonstrated knowledge of object oriented design
* Demonstrated knowledge of C#
