Responsibilities


What you'll be doing:

Establish strong relationships with clients including understanding their business objectives and identifying how Treez can solve their pain points

Fulfill initial onboarding for clients

Deploy Treez and assist with onsite support when requested

Train clients on how Treez can best be utilized for their business

Proactively reach out to the client for regular reviews of their needs and provide recommendations

Maintain expert knowledge of Treez

Identify areas of improvement and is proactive in the solutions

Travel to customer’s sites for onboarding and routine check ups

Provide telephone and/or on-site support to our very important Customers.

Resolve customer inquiries swiftly.

Assist customers with technical support.

Other duties as needed

Requirements


What we're looking for:

You have Customer Service experience (retail, restaurant, etc).
You have a natural ability to provide Customer Service - people like you!
You have a calm demeanor - functioning well under pressure
You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment! More like a hare; not a turtle.
You like technology and embrace it! You have a working knowledge of computer systems, are technically saavy, and have a strong willingess to learn new systems.
As a condition of employment, you must be able to pass our background checks which include: criminal, education, employment, and drug testing to the federal standard.
