Description

BiznusSoft is seeking a customer support representative to join our Salesforce consulting team. Our customer support reps play a critical role for delivering an exceptional service experience. You’ll be on the front lines providing support to our clients and strategic partners through email, phone, and chat. You’ll become an expert in our business model, a partner to our technical team, and problem solve with the best of them.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to learn and build a career using the Salesforce software. Candidates should be able to spend around 20 hours a week working at our Rolling Meadows, IL office. The internship will be paid.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding immediately , efficiently , accurately and courteously via email, phone, and/or chat
Responds to customer inquiries regarding product related information
Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple customers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Master the use of the company’s operating and third party software systems in order to be able to respond to all inquiries concerning the company and its products
Be knowledgeable of the company’s products and able to provide accurate details concerning their applications, troubleshoot maintenance and service issues

Requirements

Ideal for college students, recent graduates or those having 1-3 years in customer service looking to build hands-on Saas and Cloud experience
Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must be organized, motivated and detail-oriented
Must be able to juggle multiple projects and work well under deadlines
Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and communicating findings
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented
