Description

Job Summary:
Do you LOVE mobile devices? Do you wish you could get paid to play with iPads, iPhones, Android devices, and other mobile gadgets? HireRight is currently seeking an intern to join the Product Management team to help conduct fun and exciting user testing for UI/UX projects.You will have the opportunity to learn and assist in a variety of areas, but specifically you will be helping us test new technology on a variety of different devices.



Responsibilities

Specific Duties:
Must be able to work minimum of 20 hours a week, even during school year
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new products to validate accuracy and usability
Identify, triage and log found defects (any issues you come across)
Communicate severity and impact of found defects to project team
Follow required timelines for UAT
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Software Development and Software Quality Assurance teams
May assist in developing testing plans, scenarios and test cases

Requirements

Education:
Working towards an Information Science, Marketing or General Business degree preferred, but not required


Skills:
Eager to learn and dedicated to delivering quality results
Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Able to work independently and be self-driven
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent planning and time management skills
Detail oriented
Excellent skills with MS Office products
Familiar with using web applications, various web browsers, and different mobile devices
