Description

21st Century Community Developers, LLC is a Social Enterprise, whose mission is to be a catalyst in getting Americans back to work. To do this, we are seeking to work with profit and non-profit organizations plus k-12 schools, colleges and universities, to Knowledge-Based Job Training Workshops, based on job titles in their organization or in a client's organization.
Interns will be assigned to Develop / Program On-the-Job Training Simulation Software for job roles in the field of their major. Students will be paid each month from ongoing commission on sales, representing a percentage of the revenues generated from OJT Simulation Software sales which they developed. OJT Simulations will be published locally, nationally, and worldwide. Contact me for more information. Positions will be available nationwide.

Responsibilities

Intern will be responsible for working with people in Personnel and any other department or group where experts will be found. Interns will spend most of their day interviewing, taking notes, and writing on forms to compile the content for the OJT Simulation Software they will develop using Microsoft PowerPoint and our unique Programming forms.

Requirements

Must have the ability to effectively communicate with experts. Must have a decent handwriting to fill out our Knowledge Plasma forms. Must have the ability to learn and follow directions. Must have the ability to use a PC with Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint. Need to be able to create and test a PowerPoint Slideshow.
