Description

Everwell is a small business solutions company started by a fortune 125 company to meet the needs of small businesses in the community.

The Web Development intern will work closely with a large group of diverse candidates on ongoing projects including both external and internal websites and web applications. The interns work under the close supervision of the Regional Asset Coordinator and will receive necessary training to complete their internship satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Duties include the following but are not limited to:
 Front end design including mockup and wireframing
 Back end development using multiple platform and languages
 Work with multiple open source APIs

Requirements

 Pursing undergraduate with a minimum GPA 3.0
 Preferred majors: Management of Information Systems or Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
 Knowledge of coding languages HTML and CSS (JavaScript and jQuery preferred but not required)
 Knowledge of database structures and languages including SQL and PHP
 Good understanding of Web Design & Development Technologies
 Ability to manage and prioritize a variety of concurrent activities
 Experience with Information Technology is a plus.
 Self-starter with good time management skills.
 Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
 Ability to identify and resolve problems applying problem-solving skills
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs
 Ability to work independently, self-motivated as well as work well with others.
