Description

The Customer Relations Intern will work directly with the fans, creating an experience worth coming back to. From old fans to new fans, the Customer Relations Intern will also help build the overall fan base and hopefully increase ticket sales as well. Individuals selected for this position must attend all Rochester RazorSharks home games, and office hours will depend on availability.

Responsibilities

Pre-Game
•Set up the Customer Service and Register to Win table (if they are separate tables)
•Gather the register to win slips and containers to put slips in
•Other duties as needed

In-Game
•Be at the Customer Service/Register to Win table before doors open to the public
•Work the Customer Service table until half-time
-assist fans with questions

-assist the Director of Ticket Sales with ticket sales

-getting people to sign up for Half-Court Shot, and other prize drawings

-help resolve issues with fans
•Set up the autograph table for players after the game
-gather sharpies, game schedules, programs, and player’s name cards for table
•Other duties as needed

Post-Game
•Supervise the autograph table
•Answer questions from fans
•Assist fans and players
•Clean up autograph table once all the fans have left the autograph area
•Other duties as needed


Requirements


•Excellent writing skills


•Superior customer service and communication skills


•Organization is key, as well as the ability to multitask


•Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

•This is a Non-Paid Internship
