DescriptionInterns will be responsible for assisting the front office in day-to-day operations. This will also include support in the Philadelphia Union Foundation, Soccer Schools, Indoor Tournaments, and other marketing events. The front office intern assists coordinator with intern scheduling, and organization. Internships with Philadelphia Union will provide qualified interns with an assortment of valuable learning experiences and exposure to all facets of a professional soccer team’s front office. Interns will be asked to work some nights and weekends. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with grassroots marketing and promotional events
• Assist front office staff with projects and assignments
• Pre-screen and set interviews for intern candidates
• Maintain schedules and intern rotations
• Duties and events to be assigned with other departments as needed
