Position: Part-time, Paid
This position will serve as the administrative assistant for the CEO/Founder of CKB Sports camps and will perform multiple complex administrative and/or clerical services. The position may also supervise student employees and other operational items within the Sports program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversight of the following for the Head Football Coach/CEO:
Daily correspondence and communication
Creations of power point presentations
Dailey/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly calendar
Speaking engagements and travel coordination
Review and prepare items for meeting schedules
Direct line of communication to all units within the Athletic Company.
Communications liaison to assistant coach's and employees
Manages daily access and schedule for CEO/ head football coach
Provide administrative support on Sports camps
Coordinate autograph requests
Process travel expense reports
Other duties as assigned by HFC/CEO
This position with also assist with the following for the football program:
Communications liaison to team member’s parents
Assist in the area of football operations
Assist with oversight of student workers
Administrative support for camps and clinics
Administrative support for Team travel
Highschool Diploma/ Some College.
Minimum of 1 years working in an administrative capacity in either athletics and/or a professional sports agency.
Experience working with Microsoft Office/PowerPoint/Outlook/Word, & Adobe Acrobat Software.
